Evangelischen Heimstiftung's Innovation Hub

Making innovation visible and put it into practice

Evangelische Heimstiftung’s Innovation Hub is a central hub for shaping the future of long-term care. Here, we consolidate our innovation efforts, bring together diverse areas of expertise, and create space for new ideas, practical testing and scientific evaluation.

Our goal is to further develop innovation together with our employees from our facilities and partners from academia and industry.

In addition to 16 new workstations, the Innovation Hub offers open workspaces, team corners, solo spaces, and state-of-the-art presentation and workshop technology. This creates spaces for agile collaboration, focused work, and new formats beyond traditional meeting rooms.

As a space for hands-on exploration and experimentation, the Future Lab brings innovations to life and fosters discussion about current and future developments in care. Our nur sing facilities have the opportunity to test innovations in the Future Lab and borrow them for a limited time.

The IPA of the Evangelische Heimstiftung supports collaborations, develops pilot projects, and ensures that new solutions are thoroughly evaluated and further developed in a targeted manner.
